As a Partnership Manager your key role is to create and maintain strong relationships with Yolo Group’s external partners through high-level stakeholder management (internal & external), excellent communication, detailed planning, organization and professional conduct. A key aspect of this role will be to take the lead of selected partnership accounts, provide administrative support on a variety of partnerships and provide support to the Partnership Coordinator.

✍️ Your daily tasks will be 
  • Ensure all active and potential partners receive an excellent level of service, understand clearly the values of the Yolo Group, and feel positive about their partnership with us.
  • Be familiar with all agreements and their inclusions and to be able to answer internal queries and ensure compliance in the absence of the Head of Partnerships.
  • Assist HOP & PC with managing action items for each partnership - monitor open actions and prompt the director to ensure their timely completion.
  • Attend weekly/bi-weekly or monthly partnership calls and take meeting notes in the absence of PC.
  • Support HOP & PC with administrative tasks such as updating rights trackers, taking meeting notes, creating agendas and dealing with external enquiries.
  • Assist the HOP with the preparation of proposals, reports, presentations as and when necessary.
  • Follow headlines and industry trends to be an advocate of the Yolo Group and its brands.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, and site visits (overseas travel required) including travel and accommodation as and when needed.
  • Assist with other administrative duties and high-priority department initiatives as needed.

✔️ What we expect from you
  • Previous experience working as either a partnership manager, account manager or sales manager which involved creating strong relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Creativity and a passion to get things done while maintaining a structured mind-set.
  • Higher education.
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral.
  • Strong stakeholder management, organizational and communication skills.
