Requirements for candidates
Fluent Danish language in spoken and written (C1 language level)
Good Swedish language in spoken and written is considered as an advantage
Good command of English (our common Webhelp language)
Excellent communication skills, especially telephone manner
Interest in problem solution and good computer skills

Your responsibilities will be to support customers via calls, e-mails and chats, and closely work together with team to find solutions for customers!
