Finnair Business Services is looking for a TEAM LEAD
to join their Engineering Services team in Tartu, Estonia.
In this role you will be working as part of Finnair Technical Operations – Engineering Services team and lead the FBS Engineering Services team in Tartu. You will be responsible for technical publications, maintenance data archiving and redelivery data process and ensure that the workflow will follow Finnair standard procedures. You will also develop the FBS engineering team and its processes as well as digital tools, automation, and lean concepts for technical data.
As a Team Lead your main responsibilities will include:
• Leading the team, setting team goals, monitoring performance, motivating the team, and implementing best practices in teamwork,
• Ensuring availability of all redelivery records in Airvault records system to support timely redelivery readiness and aircraft redelivery as well as lease audits, and ensuring good quality of records,
• Managing technical publications process
• Developing processes, digital tools, automation, and lean concepts for technical data,
• Keeping track and reporting overall redelivery readiness of Finnair/Norra fleet,
• Supporting and contributing to the handling of team’s daily tasks

• Higher education or university degree in relevant field
• Team leading skills, willingness to choose management as your profession, and commit to continuously developing yourself as a leader
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Interest in development and automatization
• Fluent oral and written English
• Willingness to travel to Finland
