We are seeking for a
COMMUNICATION & COMMUNITY SPECIALIST
to join our People & Culture team at Finnair Business Services in Tartu, Estonia.

As a Communication & Community Specialist you will manage our communication channels, create content and support delivering key messages inside and outside of company. You would also have a chance to work on our employer brand and community topics.

In addition, you would be taking care of
• Internal and external co-operation possibilities with schools and other co-operation partners,
• Attend career fairs and networking events,
• Participate in HR and communication projects,
• Support the general employee experience and organize community events.

You will likely succeed if you have:
• Knowledge or experience in communications, branding and/or marketing
• Development skills and high motivation
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to focus on priorities, timely and effective work execution
• Good communication in English and Estonian (spoken and written)
• Previous participation in projects is beneficial
