A suitable candidate for this position should have:

• Minimum 2-4 years of IT support/analysis function role in similar field
• Business knowledge in financial products
• Previous experience in conducting application software testing and guiding users through UAT
• Good understanding of database design, able to use SQL and complex Report generation
• General skills on ICT technologies, BI tools, excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Team player with ability to exercise flexibility, demonstrate initiative and proactivity
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, demonstrate service-oriented approach and be able to cope in difficult/stressful situations
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Work you'll do:

you will be a member of the Trading Systems Support (TSS) team in Tallinn and reports to TSS Manager, located in Geneva. The primary role will be to deal with end-user issues/queries and to provide analysis on business-critical applications, trading systems covering a variety of energy commodities, in Tallinn and globally. He/she will be an extension of the TSS Team and will work closely with other teams on user issues, escalations, requests.

• Provide direct 1st and 2nd Level support to Front-Office and other post-trade users
• Ensure that sufficient accurate information is contained within incident reports
• Be responsible for the resolution of relevant incidents and requests.
• Ensure that correct resolutions are found and where not possible, escalate to appropriate Resolution Groups
• Ensure the users/requestors are regularly updated on their calls/requests until closure
• Escalate any complaints or potential issues to the Trading System Team Manager
• Contribute and assist on the compilation of different testing scenarios
• Have good understanding and follow the ITIL based service management processes
