What You Will Do:

  • Controls and optimizes ways of working in area of responsibility (milestone, dependencies, risk, project management academy, Jira and confluence management, leadership reporting, ect.)
  • Onboards new - comer's Project managers and other stakeholders on the topics under area of responsibility
  • Sets tools and templates, guides and trains users how to use prepared templates and tools
  • Establishes, calculates, monitors and reports KPIs for by area
  • Reports area performance at decision making bodies
  • Acts as the process manager, oversees adherence of the process, identifies areas for improvement, including tools in use
  • Maintains relationship with stakeholders and vendors (if necessary)
  • Communicates to the organization of all changes that come from area of responsibilities
  • In collaboration with Project portfolio managers documents and improves PMO related process (portfolio management, project management, small improvements, governance, ect.)
  • Establishes and promotes best practice across area

What We Expect:

  • 1 year experience in project management
  • Initiative to learn quickly new tasks
  • Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools
  • Strong business process management understanding
  • Bachelors degree in business, finance, economics or project management
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
