This position is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the legal counsel work in Baltic Retail and Investments Legal team affecting an international company and its affiliates. In this role, you will not only handle some of the most cutting-edge legal issues facing the banking industry, but you will also work closely with business - product development and customer transactions.

What You Will Do:

• Contribute to new product development and customer transactions such as private individual lending and leasing
• Provide legal support in other banking and banking products related matters
• Prepare legal opinions and provide consultations
• Participate in pan-Baltic projects, work in a pan-Baltic team
• Represent Luminor with cooperation partners, regulators and other organizations.

What We Expect:

• Master degree in Law
• Solid background and experience (3+ years), preferably in banking and finance
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently, follow deadlines and effectively manage time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results
• Full working proficiency of English and Estonian (written and verbal)
