Radio Test System Architect

Join Test Technology, Test Hardware Development team as we are gearing up for the future! We are now looking for a Radio Test System Architect. You will drive test system architect work for our Radio Test Systems. As a development Leader you will teach, coach, challenge and develop individuals and teams. You will foster a creative and learning culture and drive Technology evolution for our HW development. You will also be a part of the Test Hardware Development leadership team and be a part of developing and implementing strategies to enable our company success!

As Radio Test System Architect:

* Develop and Maintain a roadmap for the Radio Test Systems based on requirements input. Roadmap time frame -> 4 years.
* Secure that Roadmap is aligned with other System areas roadmaps
* Do technical research in field of Radio Test System to keep up with overall market developments
* Identify and Define what features shall be developed for the Radio Test System in order to support Roadmap development
* Mentor & Coaching team members in technical expertise and implementation
* Strategic deliveries to enable Technology development needed for current and future product releases
* Identify Stakeholders for Radio Test System
* Create and maintain Stakeholder interaction

To succeed in this role, you should have:

* Education: Master degree in Engineering or equal
* Minimum of 6 years work experience
* Domain experience: RF knowledge, Technical leadership, Testing, HW design, Agile ways of working
* Business Understanding
* You will need excellent leadership skills and engineering mindset

* Negotiation Skills
* Formulating strategies and concepts
