• Have General knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB)

• Having experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket, etc.).
• Having experience with the ServiceNow platform or other ITSM solutions
• Having experience with setting up continuous integration tools
