RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

We are seeking for RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
to join our People & Culture team at Finnair Business Services in Tartu, Estonia

Do you have a desire to find talents and build a great community of people who are in the right roles? Are you interested in hiring various roles to a company in the aviation industry? Are you willing to take it even further by transferring excellent candidate experience to excellent employee experience?

Main responsibilities:
• Leading end-to-end recruitment process, from the first kick off meeting until making an offer
• Achieving superb candidate experience
• Supporting hiring managers within the recruitment process
• Promoting and supporting internal career paths
• Taking part in different activities related to employer attractiveness, visibility and internal community

This helps you succeed:
• Previous experiences with recruiting in different business areas and for different seniority levels (finance, commercial, digital; from specialists to managers)
• Strong aptitude and practical experience working with job market
• Ability to make fact-based and structured decisions in a hectic environment
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and project management skills
• Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work with various digital tools and learn new programs
