Requirements are:
- High level of competence in using Google Suite
- Good working knowledge of SAP HR
- Interest in data structures
- Experience in automation and/or digitization of HR administration processes
- English: C1 - Effective Operational Proficiency or Advanced.
- Proven Solid change management skills
Your responsibilities will include
- Owning some HR Global Reports to support the Leadership Team and Board of Directors
- You will work on some other Global HR Projects and processes and support the CPCO in getting the documentation in place for leadership meetings.
- Engage, inspire and lead project team members, direct or indirect
- Engaging with stakeholders on all organizational levels at different departments Globally
