Office Manager

Click & Grow is looking for a positive, energetic and independent Office Manager to join our Tartu office to create a superb office environment with a welcoming vibe that keeps our team's happiness level on a high!

You will have the opportunity to pitch ideas and express your creativity while being supported and encouraged by the team. You will be the first person to greet everybody in our Tartu headquarters and also be there to support and assist our team in the Tallinn office.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Finding and implementing effective ways to keep our team engaged
• Ensuring that our office is well-equipped
• Managing all daily workplace operations and office-related expenses
• Monitoring office expenditures and handling all office contracts
• Managing calls, e-mail and packages
• Taking care of employees’ travel arrangements
• Organizing various internal team events
• Co-planning employer branding initiatives
• Supporting all teams with administrative tasks
• Partnering with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
• Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires
• In addition to our team, taking care of all the plants living in our offices :)
