About this opportunity
We are looking of an IT Support to our On–Site Support Team located in Tallinn.
You’ll be responsible for performing best in class service and support to our users in Nordea branch Estonia office with their workplace hardware setup and IT issues on daily basis. As a part of our international team, You will join a Global team working across Nordics, Estonia and Poland. You may also assist with special projects and activities if needed.
In On-Site Support we are working with global processes and for delivering within the agreed service levels and we have a very high focus on delivering the best service to our users. We have the courage to deliver quality.
What you’ll be doing
-Provide Level 2 support to end users, handling requests via helpdesk system
-Handle IT stock and perform asset update
-Install, break-fix and test of IT hardware
-Train end users in how to use systems, applications and IT security applications
-Knowledge sharing among colleagues in order to create and implement best practice
-Automation of IT support processes and tasks

Your experience and background:
-Professional level of English (spoken and written), knowledge of Estonian is a plus
-Knowledge of our tools like SCCM Current Branch (system management tool), Active Directory
-Good knowledge about Microsoft products (Office 365)
-Good knowledge of computers/Networking/IT infrastructure
-Coding skills are an advantage
