To support its expansion, Xfly is looking for a Technical Records Staff to join the Continuous Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO). This role will assist in ensuring efficient management and movement of electronic and hard copy technical records, in accordance with company procedures. This administrative role reports to the Technical Operations Manager.
Tasks:
- Maintain physical copy and electronic records in accordance with the company procedures;
- Aircraft records digitization, naming and organizing in digital archive;
- Ensure that accurate records of all Checks, Services and Maintenance or Repair-Activities are received and archived;
- Ensure retention of continued airworthiness records in accordance with the regulations in a controlled and well protected environment;
- Establish and keep up to date aircraft work cards/Job cards in accordance with aircraft manufacturer documentation;
- Control of the technical records and facility to the required airworthiness standards
- Responsible for keeping up to date on the section procedures and processes
- Actively develop own capabilities and technical expertise
- Other airworthiness related tasks as assigned by the manager from time to time
Requirements:
- Fluent in English language, both spoken and written
- Knowledge and experience using computer-based programs
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to collaborate with others
- Able to prioritize work
- Have a good understanding of the need to work to deadlines
- Eligible to live and work in EU
