As the ideal candidate for this position, you have:
• Fluency in Finnish and English
• Experience in accounts payable and in Travel process
• SAP knowledge (or other ERP)
• Service mindset and good communication skills
• Interest in continuous improvement
AP Expert main responsibilities will include:
• Taking care of defined operative T&E and AP tasks
• Supervising and supporting specialists in issue resolution and exceptional cases
• Continuous improvement of T&E and AP process, seeking for possibilities of automation
• Participating in financial projects and acting as a tester in case of system upgrades and version updates
• Monitoring the daily work quality and reporting to team lead by the agreed process
