Your responsibilities
•Support HR team with different administrative tasks.
•Delivers HR Service support to HR community, managers and employees.
•Communicates information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers as needed.
•Prepares information and documents for external authorities and partners (social security, income tax, etc.).
•We are living Hitachi Energy core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background
•Education or obtaining education in HR related field
•Excellent communication skills in English written and spoken, Swedish language is needed
•Good knowledge of MS Office
•Good communication and team-work skills
•Pro-active and can-do mindset
•Readiness to spend 3-6 months as a trainee in the company
