IT Service Desk Agent (Night-shift)
*We need a person who resolves IT issues and executes requests fast and with high quality.*
When a Hurtigruten employee has an issue with IT environment/assets their mission is impacted. And our Guests may be impacted as well. The night-shift agent will make sure that Hurtigruten people can get their issues sorted out during US/APAC timezone.
Job tasks are:
- Understand remotely different IT cases, troubleshoot, update, help to resolve them or escalate bigger issues to other resolver groups
- Escalation and coordination of critical cases (P1 or P2)
- To act according to our Motto: faster, better, available when required
- Being attentive and solution oriented in communication with Customers

Expected skills:
- Education in IT, minimum of 3 years working in IT field
- English language
- Knowing agile ways of working, self-driven
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under stress
- Attention to detail and quality of service
- Proactive and patient, always willing to learn more
- Have general passion for IT services
