We are Hiring! Come Join Ericsson Estonia as a SAP Superuser!
Our Inbound Supply team is looking for a professional and detail-oriented SAP Superuser!
You will be the main support in SAP related questions, drive improvement project and help others understand the system.
As a SAP Superuser you will:
- Be first line support for SAP and other IT environment support
- Troubleshoot and handle variations from the normal process flow within own area of competence
- Support process owners in solving systematic problems
- Provide trainings for users within own area of competence
- Actively participate in local process improvement work
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Higher education that contributes to the achievement of professional goals
- Deep Knowledge of SAP ECC (ERP core component), or any other deep system knowledge
- Computer skills in the scope of the programs necessary for working in the position
- Understanding of Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Production planning principles
- Fluent English skills, both written and verbally, knowledge of Estonian and Russian is a plus
- Logical and analytical thinking
