Email Production Specialist

Our company is seeking Email Production Specialist with the ability to manage, execute, and report on email marketing across our brands. We’re looking for a candidate who is experienced in production using ESP/marketing automation tools, from setup, segmentation and testing to deployment and post-campaign reporting. An excellent understanding of email performance metrics is essential, as is experience developing strong reports on a monthly and quarterly basis. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong understanding of marketing principles, growing and optimizing engagement and email marketing best practices. Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills, as well as strong organizational and communication skills, are key attributes for this role.

In this position you will have an opportunity to:

• Build, plan, develop, test and deploy email campaigns, verifying copy, layout, links, and dynamic content as well as assessing and addressing any spam risks
• Work on in-depth email production of all mailings day-to-day
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and delivery testing to ensure the accuracy of email deployments, as well as monitor the campaign post-deployment to validate completion
• Maintain workflow in support of the organization’s internal projects
  
  To be successful in this role you need to have:
  
  
• At least 2 years experience managing large email lists (1M+ subscribers)
• Working knowledge of best practices for email creative, segmentation and dynamic content 
• Experience building and deploying email campaigns using ESP/marketing automation tools (Salesforce / Exact Target , Sendgrid, etc.)
• Understanding of database marketing and ability to use data to build marketing plans and analyze campaign effectiveness
• Deep knowledge in HTML, CSS, knowledge of API setup a plus
• Deep knowledge and interest of email marketing, including a curiosity about latest industry trends, technology and changes
• Strong English skills, both written and oral
