Main tasks:

Operating tours across Scandinavia and Baltics
Tour planning including revenue control and efficient supplier choosing for series and single groups
Preparing series and ad-hoc tours itineraries according to sales requirements, destination specifics, budget and supplier conditions
Preparing and confirming bookings for all ground services supplier categories, special arrangements for all types of tours and series tours operated by Centralized Services Scandinavia.
Establishing and keeping a good relationship with all suppliers and sales office
Handling last minute changes when group is on the road as well as emergency cases/calls reported by tour leader or sales office
Handling customer service for own region and supporting other regions when needed
