Finnair Business Services is hiring
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ACCOUNTANT
to support Purchase to Pay team in Tartu, Estonia.
In this role you will be responsible to process purchase invoices of Finnair Group companies according to agreed procedures, handle related information and offer high quality customer service. Also perform data monitoring tasks and ensure that data errors in financial systems are corrected. In addition, handle and archive invoices and bank statements.
Main responsibilities:
• Invoice processing
• Ensuring on time payments to vendors
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Assisting with month end closing activities
• Creating monthly reports
We appreciate:
• Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Proactive mindset and the courage to initiate changes
• Having basic computer skills and ability to learn different programs
• A supportive team member, who takes responsibility for own tasks
We are looking for a team-player who has keen eye for details and is willing to improve processes. Will support the team with good co-operation. Self-leadership skills are valued. Previous working experience or relevant education will be an advantage in this role.
