Our superb pan-Baltic Factoring team is looking for a Factoring Specialist who will perform Factoring transactions with high quality and efficiency on a daily basis, you will work closely with amazing colleagues to ensure corporate customers’ satisfaction with Factoring product and assistance once needed.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and process Factoring product according to guidelines in a timely and efficient way
- Ensure customer satisfaction by giving customers professional high-quality service in all service deliveries within competence level
- Check invoices for financing according to requirements
- Handle bank statements, prepare payments, sent reports
- Request and maintain insurance limits
- Administrate debtor portfolio
- Have a close cooperation with the SM’s/RM’s
Additionally:
Participate in constant team efficiency and work task optimization activities, proactive learning, sharing information and updating the knowledge repository to exceed customer expectations.
Skills and experience:
- University, College degree in business, finance, or banking (can be in acquiring)
- Very good Estonian and English language skills (written and verbal)
- Interest in Factoring area (knowledge in this area will be considered as advantage)
- High responsibility, preciseness, and accuracy
- Good communication and self-expression skills
- Able to handle several tasks at the same time, result orientation
- Proactive work approach and fast learning ability
