Project Manager

We are seeking an energetic self-motivated Project Manager to join the Wisercat team! We have interesting and challenging project in collaboration with Elering.

🐱Proven track record of successfully managing software development projects as a project or product manager at least 3+ years
🐱Work with customers to document, design, and facilitate project implementation while managing customer expectations
🐱Demonstrated ability to optimize business processes and translate business requirements into software and technical solutions
🐱Ability to anticipate, prioritize, assess, and meet the needs of internal and external customers
🐱Ability to articulate complex technical subject matter in a clear and easy to understand manner

🐾Manage various projects through the lifecycle, delivery of projects in scope, on budget, and on time
🐾Plan and manage the progress of projects
🐾Build close relationships with customers and contribute to additional sales
🐾Manage communication with partners and stakeholders effectively
🐾Supervise, coach, and build strong project teams
🐾Be an actual discussion partner and not just a messenger
🐾Facilitate agile ways of working in the team
