Statistical R Programmer - Real World Evidence (Hybrid or Homebased)

We are looking for STATISTICAL PROGRAMMERS (all levels) to join our growing teams in Estonia. You can be home based or work in the lovely cities of Tallinn or Tartu.

Our perfect candidates have the following:

MSc/PhD in mathematics, biostatistics, statistics or life sciences
A minimum of 1, ideally 2 great years of work experience in R or SAS programming
Excellent written & oral communication skills including fluent written and spoken English
Effective leadership, time management and organizational skills
The right to work in the hiring country

You’re an especially great match if you have:

Experience in non-interventional studies and/or Real-World Evidence projects

Your daily missions would include:

Using R for programming all aspects of observational studies
Programming from scratch as well as updating existing programs
Development of study documentation
Innovating for solution and product development
Working and communicating effectively in a team environment
