Job description
Starship Technologies is revolutionizing deliveries with autonomous robots. The robots are designed to deliver food, groceries, and packages across college campuses and neighborhoods in minutes. Our delivery robots have completed over 2 million autonomous deliveries to date, driven 3 million kilometers, and crossed over 17 million roads. Every day our delivery robots are completing thousands of autonomous deliveries across tens of cities and 5 countries around the world. We’re hitting records on an almost weekly basis. Starship is looking for a well-rounded Estonian-speaking Customer Support Associate who can solve problems that the customer might encounter. Our team supports customers and vendors who might have questions about our service. Moreover, we operate the robot safely and sensibly in certain traffic situations.
Primary responsibilities:
- Support order delivery flow
- Communicate with internal stakeholders
- Communicate in a kindly manner with customers via chat & calls
- Provide an excellent experience to our customers at Starship
- Log and report issues to relevant teams
An ideal candidate will:
- Have good communication skills
- Be fluent in Estonian writing grammar and verbal (mandatory)
- Be fluent in English writing grammar and verbal
- Perform well under pressure and will have great critical thinking skills
- Be a Team Player
- Be able to keep up with a fast-paced and rapidly growing company and its processes
- Careful and diligent with sharp attention to detail
- Able and willing to work outside traditional working hours in shifts 24/7
- Adept at thinking on their feet with the ability to resolve unexpected issues
- Be customer-oriented
- Ready to take on side projects
It is a bonus if you have:
- Previous experience in customer support
- Experience with working from home
