Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for establishing, leading and maintaining the distributed Project team
- Proactively plan, deliver and follow-up of your personal tasks timely and according to the set quality standards, budget and Luminor values
- Create business value and realize the project objectives in accordance with the project assignment and strategic development plans of Luminor
- Contribute to constant improvements of efficiency and quality of processes together with organizational and strategic issues in Luminor
- Ensure the processes for quality assurance and control
- Identify, avoid/mitigate and monitor risks.
Skills and experience:
- 2+ years experience in Project Management
- Previous project management experience within IT is required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferable)
- Basic JIRA and Confluence skills
- Professional MS Office skills
- Professional English language skills
- Cooperation, communication, readiness to take ownership
- Development focus, flexibility, openness to change
