SENIOR EXPERT, CHARGEBACKS

We are now hiring SENIOR SPECIALIST, CHARGEBACKS with focus on operative chargeback management process, handling cases and improving operative process together with acquirers. Who is the expert on scheme chargeback rules and whose way of working is collaboration with internal experts as well as selected vendors. 

We are looking for a new team member to our Payment Business team with preliminary understanding of Process Development and who has an analytical mindset. The ideal candidate has good communication and presentation skills, a proactive approach to work and shows self-initiative with independent working style. Relevant education or previous work experience from similar field is considered as advantage. 

Main Responsibilities:
• Investigating chargeback disputes and taking action according to agreed policy
• Collaborating with acquirers related to chargeback process to increase win rate and reduce
chargeback volumes and to optimize handling process together end-to-end
• Expert in scheme chargeback rules
• Provide input to overall chargeback process development
• Creating necessary chargeback reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Support internal stakeholders in payment related matters, chargeback issues.
