Baltic Payments Product Manager

We are looking for a well-organized and experienced Product Manager working with payments products for Baltic market.

Are you interested in development of payment products, maximizing customer satisfaction and product profitability, then this can be your new job.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Act as product owner and ensure agreed activities towards a range of payment products and solutions for private and corporate customers in Baltic market;
• Plan, align and execute payments product vision and roadmap;
• Participate in development process as product owner to meet expected delivery and follow product profitability;
• Define business requirements, initiate and coordinate product and process improvement business activities;
• Monitor and ensure product area compliance to EU and local market regulations, follow internal regulations and deliver relevant actions;
• Cooperate closely with internal support functions and stakeholders, represent product area in the organization and external working groups.

What is needed in this role:

• Knowledge and experience in payments area or similar products;
• Previous cross-border working experience and open, can do mind-set;
• Basic project management knowledge and experience, ability to drive change and take initiative;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with different stakeholders;
• Able to define regulations and rules into business requirements and deliveries;
• Excellent speaking and written skills in Estonian and English;
• University degree, preferably in Economics or Business Administration.
