Join our team as a Data Expert
You as a Data Expert in Operations Development Unit will be involved into alignment and simplification of back-office processes, with your knowledge in area of data capturing, transforming, visualization. This role is important enabler for delivering high quality back-office services in an efficient and scalable way.
Operations Department in Luminor is covering the three Baltic states, delivering processing of various back-office tasks for rest of the Luminor group. The Development Unit is a tight Baltic team leading change initiatives in Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support change initiatives in Operations department by providing relevant data and analyses.
- Contribute to high employee, stakeholder, and customer satisfaction by ensuring availability of management information and process data impacting whole Operations department and used by Operations and Luminor management.
- Capture, transform and visualize data using tools like Power BI and Tableau
- Prepare necessary documentation about data flows and solutions implemented
- Contribute to team and company performance through effective networking and collaboration
Skills and experience:
- Expected at least 3 years of experience in the area of data
- Expertise in MS Power BI and Power Query. Knowledge other tools (Tableau, etc.) could be beneficial
- Extensive knowledge of data structures and analytics
- Ability to interpret process related data
- High level of initiative and responsibility, driving results with energy and positive attitude
- Result orientation, strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
