Requirements for a good candidate:
- Fluent in written and spoken Finnish and English. We are only looking for persons who can handle both languages on a native level.
- Service minded person who will do his/her utmost in order to solve customer issues and enjoys the process.
- A flexible team player who we can trust, who is responsible and fun.
- You don’t have to be experienced in gaming business, we will train you.
- +21 years old due to license requirement.
Job tasks for Customer Support Specialist:
- Fast, accurate, personal and polite customer support via live chat and email. We might add phone support in the future.
- We are still a relatively small and new company so there will be other tasks related to fraud prevention, payment handling, responsible gaming and campaign managing. It’s a good way to learn the igaming business from many angles.
- Full-time job done in 8-hour shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. Our support is currently open 24/7.
- This position is for shifts from 9 to midnight (9-17, 12-20 and 16-24).
