Head Of Communications

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a creative, results-driven, and hands-on Head of Communications to join the Creditstar Group team. This is a key role, where you will be responsible for creating and implementing our corporate PR strategy as well as overseeing all our corporate communication channels including social media.

This is a role for someone who has a proven track in PR, who genuinely enjoys collaboration, and is excellent in both verbal and written communication.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create and implement corporate strategies that engage our targeted audience and raise the
brand awareness
- Create and implement our social media strategies
- Maximize our brand presence in all our channels (social media, press, etc)
- Tracking campaign success and media coverage
- Maintain a high-quality relationship with media and influential professionals
- Arrange interviews and press releases to promote our company and its products
- Ensure brand consistency in all our advertising channels
- Organize PR events to promote our company to the targeted audience
- Manage sensitive issues to maintain the company’s good reputation
- Ensure all narratives deliver a clear and compelling point of view
- High collaboration with the marketing team and cross-department

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES:

- Solid background and at least a 3-year experience in PR
- Proven track in coordinating successful PR campaigns
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to serve as the
company’s spokesperson
- Creative thinker and writer
- Ability to foster long-term relationships with key professionals
- Expertise in different social media networks, online marketing and internet culture
- Established connections with media outlets and influential accounts is a great plus
- Ability to conduct market research and present reports
- Experience in communication with investors
- Good English language skills. Estonian language is a plus.
