Analytics Operations (Junior Specialist)

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Ensure analytics applications are up and running, 24x7;
• Discover and troubleshoot issues;
• Proactively propose improvements to processes and architecture;
• Work together with users to secure operational excellence;
• Work alongside analytics professionals and learn from their experience.

What is needed in this role:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology and related, or a great reason for not having one;
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and analytical way of thinking;
• Ability to work under pressure with stakeholders, incl. being ready to respond to incidents during weekend and night time (when it is your shift);
• Fast learner, good team player and self-driven;
• Good level of English (spoken and written, as we have stakeholders in multiple countries);
• Nice to have experience: Azure, Linux, Databases, SQL, or similar.
