Finnair Business Services is looking for an ACCOUNTS PAYABLE EXPERT to join the Source-to-Pay team in Tartu, Estonia.

As an Accounts Payable Expert your main responsibilities would be:
• Processing purchase invoices, exceptions, errors and all closing activities on time
• Identifying potential problems and risks in everyday work
• Recognizing important information and sharing it with relevant parties
• Being a key role in handling all customer inquiries
• Composing work instructions, process descriptions and training team members
• Monitoring and coordinating daily tasks of AP Accountants, reporting to team lead
• Participating in or leading AP process related projects
• Handling and answering e-mails according to agreed timetable
• Ad-hoc reporting to stakeholders

• Understand basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Have analytical skills and knowledge of project management
• Have good teamwork and communication skills
• Have readiness to work with tight schedules
• Are fluent in written and spoken English
• Are a supportive team member, who takes responsibility for own tasks
• Have a proactive mindset and the courage to initiate changes
• Know how to use MS Office tools
• Have relevant educational background and work experience
