Training Coordinator
To support its expansion, Xfly is looking for a Training Coordinator to prepare and coordinate training programs for crew members.
Main Tasks:
- Prepare a preliminary Training Program covering all planned training activities for next training period, and submit this to the Flight Operations Department
- Coordinate training program with other departments involved
- Assist Training Manager in co-ordination and scheduling of Instructors
- Assist Instructors in preparations and administrative work connected with their duties
- Keep the Training Department’s files and records up-to-date
- Be familiar with Company rules and regulations as well as rules and regulations issued by governmental authorities concerning crew licenses, training and qualifications
Requirements:
- Higher education, preferably in aviation
- Sufficient English language capability to read and fully comprehend applicable international regulations, standards and manuals
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with a high degree of accuracy and organization
- Analytic skills and problem-solving skills
- High sense of responsibility and preciseness
- Ability to work in team and individually
- Good communication skills
- The final candidate must pass the internal pre-employment background check
