As a Finnish Speaking Customer Production Officer, you will be supporting our customer bank advisers in the Nordea Group Finland branches. We offer you a role as a processing specialist in the back-office side. We support multiple processes- preparing loan documents for private and corporate customers, finalizing investment plan, heritage and authorities related support and also customer journey termination. You will have a great opportunity to play a vital role in delivering great customer experiences as you enable the front office to focus on advising.
About this opportunity
Welcome to the Estates FI team. We add value by supporting our deceased customers and their relatives in their time of need, by providing a timely and accurate delivery of relevant documentation, as well as execution needed due diligence. As Finnish Speaking Customer Production Officer you’ll play a valuable role in a team of 17 individuals, delivering important customer experiences to our Finnish customers and their families.

- Ensure correct and timely execution of your tasks
- Meet assigned targets according to customer’s needs
- Contribute to improvement of the quality and efficiency of assigned tasks and processes

Your experience and background:
- You speak very good Finnish, both spoken and written and English in communication level
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changes with optimism
- Comfortable with problem solving and analytical thinking
- Pro-active approach and open mind
- You have preferably Bachelor’s degree in Business
