Requirements for candidates
- At least 2 years experience as a Compliance Officer or similar role in the AML field (preferably in the fintech sector);
- Higher education, preferably in law, finance or economics;
- Good knowledge of international AML legislation, methods/models of money laundering and necessary preventive measures, availability to learn and implement all your knowledge in a timely and efficient manner;
- Experience in working with CRM systems;
- Ability to make decisions independently and vindicate your belief according to common sense and team requirements;
- Experience working with MS Office suite (Excel, Word);
- Excellent knowledge and communication skills in English and Russian in both verbal and written languages, Estonian and other languages will be a plus;
- Strong attention to details, clear mind and stress resistance.
Job description
We are looking for a team-player to join CoinLoan Compliance Team.
This person won't become a contact person for the Estonian FIU, but will report to Chief Compliance Officer and CEO of the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provision of AML / KYC efficient control;
- Assistance and contribution to the continuous improvement of CoinLoan processes and systems;
- Analysis of clients that are in the lists: SDN, PEPS, and SIP;
- Clients correspondence handling on compliance issues;
- Monitor and report to CoinLoan board member (CEO) on client’s actions that may be related to SDN, money laundering or terrorist financing;
- Provision of training and guidance for less experienced AML / KYC employees and customer support specialists;
- Communication and cooperation with various payment providers on compliance issues.
