Lawyer

• Bachelor's degree in law or 3rd-4th year student in law.

Nice to have:

• Relevant experience in the crypto/fintech/banking area in the EU companies with cross-border regulation in EU and worldwide.
• Experience for working through complex, high-stakes financial and/or legal concerns involving multiple practice areas.
• Proficiency in English and Russian.
• Good knowledge of Estonian with the ability of legal writing.
• 1 or more years of experience in law/fintech company as an inhouse lawyer.

This role directly reports to CoinLoan Chief Legal Officer and involves.

Responsibilities:

• Legal advice on a wide range of subject areas (liсensing, corporate structuring, international tax, financial law ).
• Reviewing / drafting / updating internal legal documents and external customers terms.
  GDPR/AML compliance regulations study, analysis and implementation.
• A team playing in other departments supports their own efforts on legal issues.
