We are looking for an ambitious and full of energy person to join our team in Tallinn as a Sales Specialist.

If you are someone who considers the phone her/his best friend, with passion for talking with people, and open to challenges, you can read further!

Requirements

  • Preferably min. 1 year of experience in sales;
  • Ambitious, talkative and energetic person with a proactive personality and great communication skills;
  • Effective negotiator focused on building relationships;
  • Willingness to develop the skills and learn;
  • Interest in IT field and customer service;
  • Fluent English and Estonian;
  • Experience with calicentre systems and CRM systems;
  • Experience in public speaking is nice to have.

Job description

  • Providing the highest quality costumer service (mostly via phone and e-mail);
  • Providing information and solving customer problems;
  • Performing actions to acquire new customers (closing deals with potential customers, and catching up contacts from the webpage);
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients;
  • Participation in other promotive activities, as events and exhibitions;
  • Preparing agreements, keeping records related to the courses.
