• Participate in various projects related to recruitment with other colleagues cross-countries;
• Be the initiator and implementer of new and innovative recruitment methodologies and approaches to improve our process.

It is important for us that you have:

• Experience as an IT/tech recruiter and ability to perform all stages of the recruitment process independently;
• Acquaintance with the field of recruitment and familiarity with modern recruitment methods (incl. various sourcing methods and options);
• Expertise to deliver in an international environment fluently both in Estonian and English;
• Ability to manage your time and activities effectively;
• Willingness to be responsible, proactive, and cooperative at every level;
• It's beneficial if you have a Bachelors' or Master's degree in a related field and experience in project management.
