Kim Johansen Transport OÜ is looking for purchase invoice specialist to be a part of the group shared service center located in Tallinn

Job description:

• Processing of creditors on a Group level (handle incoming invoices / booking/ reconciliation of statements)
• I/C transactions (prepare data for I/C invoicing, reconciliation of I/C accounts
• Communicate with suppliers via phone or email
• VAT refunds
• Support for the daily, weekly, monthly and year end accounting functions
• Assisting in group accounting department routines/ad hoc
• Participate in divisional projects when required


Requirements:

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Knowledge of daily processing of debtors and creditors
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• good verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Organizational skills
• Problem analysis and problem solving skills
• Team member
• Sense of urgency
