We are looking for an experienced member of our international team working under a service provider agreement on a long-term basis.
The ideal candidate knows blockchain technology and is familiar with crypto exchangers and KYC processes; the AML experience is welcome.
This is a multi-task position: customer care through the desk, KYC checks, analysis and monitoring of the suspect cases, etc.

Tasks:
- Engage with the communication with the customers by email only
- Experience with blockchain or crypto companies (personal or corporate account opening process and KYC)
- Manual check of the suspicious clients after verification

Languages:
French - fluent
English - correct

Skills:
Minimum two (2) years of experience working with users/clients/customers.
Experience working in the blockchain industry.
KYC/AML knowledge
