About this opportunity

Welcome to the GBS CFO team. You will be employed in and be organizationally part of a team in Group Finance but will work daily in a cross-functional environment with people and teams across the organisation. As Portfolio Management Specialist you will work with Nordea’s Group IT development portfolio in close collaboration with mainly business, finance, risk and IT. You will work on the alignment and planning of the portfolio towards Nordea’s strategic agenda and support the management team with decision making and prioritisation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partake in the financial planning and prioritisation of the portfolio
• Support the alignment of the portfolio with Group and unit strategies and risks
• Analyse and report on portfolio performance
• Drive process development in the portfolio planning and prioritisation domain
• Support and manage executive and unit communication related to the portfolio

The role is based in Tallinn.

While working across Nordics, Poland and Estonia, you will be based in Estonia. Your experience and background:

• At least 3-5 years of work experience, ideally in financial management, management consulting, business development or project/portfolio management
• University degree, preferably in finance/accounting, business, economics or engineering
• Financial services industry experience is a bonus
• Fluent in written and spoken English is a must
