In Luminor Pension we focus to create growth of Luminor customers’ wealth to improve their quality of life in long-term horizon. Luminor has over 360 thousand pension customers and we are managing pension assets in total amount over 1.7 billion euros. Luminor Pension team is a highly professional. We live upon Luminor values, being dedicated to provide positive customer experiences and being collaborative in implementing our business targets and Luminor strategy. We are looking for a colleague interested in pensions and the regulations around it.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on regulatory and legal matters and provide support to all functions and management of Luminor Pension companies
• Cooperate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including Legal, Risk, and Compliance functions of Luminor Group, as well as other internal and external partners
• Participate actively as a regulatory, legal and 1 Line of Defense risk expert in company operations related efficiency improvement projects and initiatives, implementation of new regulatory requirements, systems and processes and streamlining current ones
• Ensure pension fund and customer related documentation (pension fund terms and conditions, KIIDS, agreement templates, etc) is updated in line with legal and regulatory requirements
• Act as company secretary and ensure decisions of management bodies are compliant with applicable regulations

Skills and experience:

• University degree in Law
• Experience as in-house lawyer in financial services industry will be considered as an advantage especially experience in distribution and product support area and / or AML 
• Fluent written and oral English as well as Estonian language skills
• You have process and people centered thinking and ability to work with complex issues under fast changing environment
• You are ambitious, results oriented, self-motivated, “outside the box” thinker
