Lead Systems Administrator

Role Description:

As our IT Lead, you will have a deep impact on the success of our critical business operations, partnering with other senior leaders across the company to translate technology capabilities into strategic business decisions. You will work directly with stakeholders and the leadership team, collaborating on strategy as it relates to the organization's IT infrastructure: computer and information systems, security, communication systems.

Our ideal candidate will become the subject matter expert of our internal systems, nimbly implementing full-stack and lasting solutions in a timely fashion while consulting on strategy with company partners. They will define scope, document processes, test and communicate changes, and assist with data analytics as needed.

Within 30 Days, You’ll:

*Own the process for SOC-2 compliance
*Create, implement, and enforce internal and external technological company policies in alignment with long-term strategies.

Within 90 Days, You’ll:

*Configure new-hire systems and perform IT on-boarding for new employees
*Identify security vulnerabilities and eliminate them with strategic solutions.
*Assist in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.
*Develop and maintain 3rd party integrations to introduce new tooling solutions into our existing infrastructure
*Develop strategy to help streamline role based access provisioning across all operations tools and systems
*Maintain inventory and assist with asset procurement, delivery and shipping
*Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and IT systems.

Within 1 Year, You’ll:

*Monitor changes or advancements in technology and cybersecurity to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage.
*Maintain and evolve all existing and planned systems through continuous improvement.
