Would you like to provides excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders? We are now looking for a for a part-time (0,5) Finnish Customer Support, Nordea Branch Estonia (Part-time) to join the Finnish Authority Requests team in Tallinn.

As Finnish Customer Support, Nordea Branch Estonia (Part-time) you’ll play a valuable role in ensuring that Authority Requests FI team provides excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:
- Your daily tasks include customer service via e-mail
- Deliver professional support on dedicated process
- Ensure correct and timely execution of your tasks
- Meet assigned targets according to customer’s needs
- Contribute to improvement of the quality and efficiency of assigned tasks and processes

We offer a great working atmosphere with friendly and enthusiastic teams, on-the job trainings to fully prepare You for the process and tasks. You are welcome to contribute to improvement of the quality and efficiency of assigned tasks and processes. The role is based in Tallinn, and it is a part time contract of 20 hours per week. The candidate will be requested to be available Thursdays, Fridays and Mondays afternoons. Please note that this schedule is subject to change depending on the team`s needs. Remote working is possible upon agreement with the Manager.

- You are fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written
- Swedish language skill is a bonus
