What is the purpose and content of this role?

To succeed in a fast-paced environment like ours, you'll need to be a well-organized self-starter who always thinks two steps ahead.

You're the one we're looking for if you love coming up with new ideas to improve our culture. You're passionate about organising events, participating in employer branding initiatives, and supporting internal teams with various administrative tasks.

You will be involved in various activities that facilitate the smooth running of our office in Tartu and assist the HR in some tasks where needed and, most of all, outstanding organising events. You’ll be organising for various internal and external events such as Summer and Winter Days, sports events (we like competition), basically all that you can think of to make our work more fun.

We are looking for a passionate person who finds order in chaos, keeps up with challenging situations, and remains calm under stress. This position is as varied as your personality and skills. You are responsible for ensuring everything functions well. Sometimes, there are just a million different ad hoc questions where we’d love to know that you’re the one go-to person who can deliver excellent and fast solutions.

Knowledge and expertise that matters

  • Previous work experience in an office assistant/manager role (or similar)
  • You are curious about new office environment trends, tools, and techniques. You are keen to try new things and don’t shy away from challenges
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently and prioritize your tasks while taking responsibility
  • Attention to detail and ability to see solutions instead of problems
  • Have a can-do attitude with a willingness to assist with all areas of office support
  • You enjoy being the star of the office
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills in project and/or event management
  • Previous experience in event planning (pleasant to have)
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations (nice to have)
  • Fluent in written and spoken Estonian and English
