Requirements
You are analytical and detail oriented. You are conscientious, have high routine tolerance and you are ready to work with high volumes. You like finding solutions to problems and you are eager to provide unbeatable customer service.
You enjoy working in a team and have an open and positive attitude. You have a good command of English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in the Norwegian/Swedish/Danish language is beneficial. Your application is supported by previous experience and/or education in accounting or finance.
What you will do
You will be a part of AR Norwegian team and your main tasks will include the following:
- verifying, allocating and posting transactions from bank statements
- investigating unclear transactions
- customer balance reconciliation
- customer refunds, write-offs etc.
You will handle requests related to customer account transactions via email and perform month-end closing activities, audit and internal controls.
