Your mission is to create an emotive working environment that supports the growth and international expansion of Ampler. One of your biggest areas of responsibility is designing and implementing principles and processes to administer employee relations in all our locations. This includes everything from administering contracts, managing the HRIS (BambooHR) and ensuring workplace safety to working with lawyers and payroll agencies to support expansion to new countries. You ensure that people processes are smart and scalable. In addition, you support team members throughout their employee life cycle at Ampler. This includes topics such as onboarding, team member benefits, team engagement and more. You advise both team members and team leads on questions regarding employee relations. Ampler is a fast-growing and agile company, so you have ample opportunities for personal and professional growth.

You will be successful in this role if you have a demonstrated track record in a similar role and a drive to create modern people-focused solutions in a company guided by clear values. You are comfortable working with legal documents and feel at home with Estonian labour laws. At the same time, you know how to translate bureaucratic speech to easily understandable information. You are proud of your attention to detail and good organizational skills. You enjoy collaborating with different people and helping them solve problems. You want to be independent in your work and enjoy taking full ownership of your decisions. You have excellent Estonian and English skills, which help you succeed in Ampler’s international team.

Ampler bikes are made by a team of 130+ people spread between Estonia, Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland. We are headquartered and our bikes are assembled in Tallinn, Estonia. Ampler showrooms are located in Berlin and Cologne in Germany, in Tallinn and soon also in Switzerland and the Netherlands. Our offices are located in Tallinn and Berlin. You will join the People & Culture team working in close partnership with the Head of People & Culture, Recruiter, Office Managers, Head of Finance and the extended leadership team across all our locations.
