What do you need to succeed in the role:
- Experience in working as a full-cycle recruiter managing tech roles in a growing, team-oriented fast-changing environment
- Good knowledge of HR documentation and administrative tasks
- Ability to prioritize, plan and work independently and effectively, and to juggle several projects with a spirit of flexibility
- Eagerness to participate in other HR team initiatives and projects (such as Green Office, career fairs Employer Branding, Sports & Health Club, employees´ training, etc)
- Have a proactive approach with the ability to act with a sense of urgency, have high ethical standards, and love teamwork
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English

Our A-Team is growing! And our HR team is playing a crucial role in the growth – we focus on finding the great talents, making their journey to the teams smooth and precise, and supporting them on their path in our company all the way long. Our team is growing now as well, and we are looking for a new talented and diverse team member – a RECRUITER to join and help us with the exceptional employee relation services and focus on recruitment. On daily basis you will:
- Managing full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and screening for technical positions
- Creating job descriptions, carrying out selection processes, organizing and conducting interviews
- Being the first point of contact provide an amazing candidate experience every time
- Assist and support our employees also their whole employment cycle – from onboarding to offboarding
- Assist on the HR-related areas and contribute also to the other HR team initiatives
- Being responsible for statistics and reporting in your workstream
