You as a Data and System Expert in Operations Development Unit will be involved into alignment and simplification of back-office processes, supporting system integration and making sure that Luminor back-office delivers good quality and speed in an efficient and scalable way.
Responsibilities:
- Support change initiatives in Operations with high level data and system expertise, ensuring high employee, stakeholder and customer satisfaction
- Act as Service Owner for systems under Operations responsibility
- Acquire detailed knowledge about functionality, logic and data flows in systems used by Operations
- Take ownership of delivering necessary documentation and expert opinion, ensuring execution that maximizes value generated to the customers
- Pro-actively identify process improvement possibilities and drive development initiatives leading to best in class operational excellence
- Ensure that work is organized in a way enabling efficient combination of automation with work carried out by employees
- Lead by example by building and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders to communicate and evaluate performance results leading to clear actionable decisions
- Contribute to team and company performance through effective networking, collaboration and leading through example
Skills and experience:
- Expected at least 3 years experience in the area of system development, analytics or process design
- Expertise in MS SharePoint, MS Power Automate
- Extensive knowledge of data structures and analytics
- Understanding of modern process automation technologies
- Strong process management and development skills
- Ability to interpret process related data
- Practical experience in data capture and system management
- High level of initiative and responsibility, driving results with energy and positive attitude
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, ability to build strong relationships towards stakeholders
- Result orientation, strong problem solving and superior analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
